Return & Exchange Policy


1. Delivery & Inspection

This sofa is shipped in multiple separate packages (except sofa bed). Please receive all parcels before unboxing and inspection to avoid loss or missing parts.

2. Unboxing & Usage Restriction

Once the vacuum packaging is opened, fully expanded, or used, the sofa cannot be returned or exchanged for non-defective reasons.Damage caused by improper unboxing (e.g., scratching fabric with scissors) is not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Quality Issue Definition

Quality defects include: abnormal failure to fully expand within 7-10 days; factory-related fabric tears, inner core flaws, or missing accessories.Normal odor and natural expansion process are not considered quality defects.

4. Care & Maintenance Violation

The inner core must not be washed, exposed to direct sunlight, or ironed. Damage caused by these actions is non-returnable.

5. Weight Limit Compliance

The maximum weight capacity is 2700 lbs. ("Weight capacity varies by model — see each product page for exact specifications.")Damage caused by overloading is not covered by return or exchange.


6. Packaging Requirement

Original packaging, accessories, and included utility knife must be retained for returns or exchanges. Missing packaging may affect approval.


7. Storage Temperature Rule

Do not expose unopened compressed packaging to temperatures above 150°F (50°C). Damage from improper storage is non-returnable.

8. Claim Time Limit

Requests for quality-related return or exchange must be made within a week of delivery with photo or video evidence.


9. Proper Unboxing Responsibility

Use only the included utility knife to open packaging. Damage caused by improper tools is not eligible for service.
