Refund policy

At Monvane, we want you to love your sofa. If it's not the right fit, we're here to help.

1. Return Window 
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

2. Return Eligibility 
Your sofa must be:
- In its original, un-assembled condition
- In original packaging (if possible)
- Free of damage, stains, pet hair, or use
Items that cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Final sale items
- Products damaged by the customer

3. How to Return 
1. Email support@monvane.net with your order number and reason
2. We'll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 48 hours
3. Pack the sofa and ship it to the address we provide

4. Return Shipping 
- For non-defective returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a freight carrier with insurance. Average cost: $150-$350 depending on size and location.
- For damaged or defective items: Monvane covers 100% of return shipping.

5. Restocking Fee
Monvane does NOT charge a restocking fee for your first return.

6. Refund Timing 
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable

7. Damaged or Defective Items 
If your sofa arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is missing
modules:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the issue 
- We'll cover return shipping AND send a replacement or issue a full refund
- Covered: torn fabric from manufacturing, missing hardware, structural defects, cushion defects

8. Warranty 
All Monvane sofas include a 1-year structural warranty covering frames,  foam, and seams. Normal wear-and-tear is not covered.
